The hard work of Housing and Technical Resources employees has been recognised by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) in a national awards ceremony to be held in November 2025.
The CIH Scotland Housing Awards recognise the creativity, passion and innovation of housing organisations and individuals across the sector in Scotland.
At this year’s award ceremony, three teams from the Resource, the Rent Income Support Team, the Sheltered Housing Service and the South Lanarkshire Futures Project, which is a partnership project with Barnados, have been shortlisted as finalists in their categories.
Three individual staff members have also been recognised, Connor Murphy and Lauren Hooks have both been nominated for Young Apprentice of the Year, alongside Jenna Freer who has been nominated for Young Achiever in Housing.
Sharon Egan, Head of Housing Services, said: "It’s great to see the hard work of our Housing teams and individual staff members recognised at a national level.
"Their work and dedication is key to ensuring we deliver high quality services to our customers. I wish them all the best on the night."
Winners will be announced at the CIH awards ceremony on 14 November 2025. Good luck to all finalists.
